2023 ZF After-sales Partner Conference in China was successfully held

On February 25, ZF After-sales China held the ZF After-sales China Partner Conference with the theme of "Innovation, Foresight and Win-win" at its China Logistics Center in Kunshan.

Henan YHY Commercial Trade Co., Ltd as authorized distributor of ZF,we were invited to participate in the after -sales partner meeting organized by the ZF Factory in Kunshan.

It is understood that China, as the largest and most potential single market for ZF after-sales in the Asia-Pacific region, has maintained stable and healthy growth in the past three years. The number of customers, distribution and service networks have been effectively expanded, and have developed rapidly in new channels such as e-commerce.

In response to the needs of new energy emerging markets, ZF has continued to make efforts to build channels. Through the existing after-sales passenger vehicle repair station project ZF [pro] Tech and commercial vehicle repair station project ZF [pro] Service, it has introduced competitive products into the repair shop through standardized service modules, and provided data query, technical support and other value-added services, creating a win-win situation between the brand and consumers, dealers and retailers.

After the meeting, the logistics center not only demonstrated the highly automated product and logistics sorting process to the guests, but also presented the sub-station demonstrations from the business groups of ZF After-sales Greater China, such as passenger cars, commercial vehicles and construction machinery, including the contents of core products, one-stop repair shop solutions and other different fields, and showed the business development in the past few years.
