Do you know how to install and remove air springs?

The air spring shock absorber is mainly installed on the cab suspension. The operating rules and precautions are as follows:

1.The upper and lower connectors must be tightened with a torque wrench according to the specified torque!

2.Non-quick-plug air nozzle connector: The allowable tightening torque of the air spring threaded intake pipe connector is 3+0.5Nm. Under normal circumstances, users are not allowed to disassemble and assemble the connector by themselves.

3. Quick-plug air nozzle connector: Installation method of air spring quick-plug connector (2 steps).

①Insert the air intake pipe into the small cylinder of the quick connector along the axial direction;

② Gently pull the air intake pipe in the opposite direction of the axial direction by hand to confirm whether the connector is connected properly.

2. How to disassemble the quick-connect connector (3 steps)

①Press the cylindrical cap of the quick connector with your finger;

② Pull the air pipe out in the opposite direction of the axis, while pressing the cylindrical cap with your finger;

③ After the air intake pipe is completely pulled out, release the cylindrical cap of the connector.

3. The air spring shock absorber must be installed on the vehicle in a free state. Do not fix it on the vehicle forcefully!

4.The shock absorber can only withstand axial forces. All forms of lateral forces must be avoided!

5. Loads caused by torsion or deflection must be avoided!

①The connecting parts at the upper and lower ends must be aligned vertically.

② When using a sliding bushing, the sliding bushing must be able to rotate freely.

6.Air springs must never be allowed to work without being inflated.

7. The installation height of the cab must be ensured by adjusting the height valve.

8.The air spring must never interfere with other components (wires, various pipes, etc.).

9. Do not use sharp tools! Avoid puncturing or cutting the air spring airbag, etc.

Notes:

1. It is forbidden to manually control the height valve to inflate when the cab is raised;

2. It is forbidden to plug and unplug the air pipe when the air spring is inflated;

3. It is forbidden to disassemble and assemble the air spring shock absorber when it is inflated;

4. Be sure to adjust the installation height of the air spring according to the design requirements when the cab is lowered.
