3. How to identify Sachs shock absorbers from other manufacturers

Some Sachs products are copied and circulated in the commercial vehicle market. Sachs products are different from other manufacturers' products in appearance. The main differences are:

1) The product part number does not match the actual one. Although the OEM number of the imitation product is the same as that of the Sachs product, the supplier product number is inconsistent with the Sachs product number.

2) Different welding methods

The outer tube of the Sachs shock absorber is gas shielded welding, and the weld is smooth; the imitation product is resistance welding, with obvious bevels and corrugated welds.

3) Inconsistency in the air spring clamp

Sachs air spring products use good craftsmanship to ensure that there is no airbag material exposed at the clamp, and the appearance is beautiful; while imitation products have airbag material residue.

4) The internal structure of the product is inconsistent

The internal structure of the product is also obviously different from the imitation product
